Shutter Communication = 0

I purchased a new shutter system, rewired it because NexDome had the wiring wrong. I received a new rotation motor because NexDome placed the wrong motor in the system. Now, having both units in place there is no communication between the shutter and rotation system. Both devices receive power, but 1: when I push the open / close button on the shutter unit nothing happens. 2: I'm not able to connect the shutter to my existing WiFi channel. 3: The shutter will not connect to the rotation system regardless of what I do, including help from others. Could use some help here. Both devices are brand new, and the only reason my entire system has been down for... quite a while. Thank you, Larry
