As I await my NexDome to be manufactured and a date set for delivery, I wonder about what NexDome does, if anything to test fit the pieces together to ensure that the customer will not run into difficulty in assembly at our location. So, does NexDome put the domes together prior to shipping to ensure that the pieces fit as designed?
Also, are the pieces numbered or with letters with clear instructions as to which piece is to be assembled with another? This would be helpful.
Or are these ideas I have raised here beyond the scope for the manufactured a plastic personal backyard observatory dome at the price point?
I suppose it depends on the specific manufacturing process. i.e., how are the panels for the base and dome sections made?
Do the panels glue or bolt together?
