I'm trying to make a decision about purchasing a Nexdome. Most of my research says that the dome has issues that can usually be resolved through the internet or customer support. However, several emails I've sent to the company have gone unanswered (yes, I checked spam). Is Nexdome still selling domes and supporting them?

Just a follow up to my previous e-mail. As I stated earlier you will eventually get a reply. My email was sent on 02/05 and a reply was received on 02/10. Not happy that they no longer have a contact number listed but it is what it is.
Replies are received but they take some time. I sent an email on Monday 2/5/2024 and haven't received a reply yet. I checked with my ISP and confirmed they are not being blocked.
If you are having trouble getting emails back from Nexdome, I learned that my email provider was blocking Nexdome responses even before my spam filter. Emails were not going to my spam. SInce I gave Nexdome another email address, the responses have been very quick! Thanks Nexdome!
I'm happy to update the group that Babak and I have been able to connect. It appears that my mail server is apparently bouncing his attempts to email me. Perhaps others are having the same problems getting responses.
Babak, I also have not received a reply to my email to you, and have checked the spam folder. Are you checking your spam folder regularly?
